What is the cost of shipping?

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. You will be emailed and asked to provide a residential address
  • Mainland USA orders up to $149.99 = $9.95 with FedEx Ground
  • Mainland USA orders $150.00 and over = Free with FedEx Ground
  • Signature option available = $12.95 with FedEx Ground
  • Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii = $19.95 with FedEx Ground
  • Military Base P.O. Box addresses will be shipped with USPS
  • Due to the volumetric nature of our products we are unable to provide expedited or express shipping options

How long for my order to ship out?

Orders take between 24-48 hours from time of order placement to dispatch. No orders are shipped on Saturdays or Public Holidays. Once your order has dispatched you will receive an automated email with the tracking information.

When will I get my order?

Once your order has dispatched you will receive an automated email with the tracking information. Please use this to keep up to date with your tracking notifications and expected arrival times.

Please note that we utilize third party carriers and they sometimes experience delays due to severe weather and high volumes during peak seasons. We will do our best to communicate this.

    I think my item is faulty, defective or damaged. What do I do?

    Please send an email to customerserviceusa@stingsports.com as soon as possible with your order number (US#####) and photos of your item. We will respond within 24 hours. Sting withholds the right to determine on a case by case basis any faults, defects or damages, provided they have not been subjected to obvious abuse, neglect or misuse. If we deem your item to be defective or faulty we will ask you to complete the exchanges and returns form here and send you a label to send the original item back. We will create a new order for a replacement item and you will receive an automated email with the tracking number once dispatched.

    I’ve received the wrong item, what do I do?

    Please send an email to customerserviceusa@stingsports.com as soon as possible with your order number (US#####) and photos of your item. We will respond within 24 hours. After confirmation of the error we will ask you to complete the exchanges and returns form here and send you a label to send the original item back. Once the original item has been scanned by FedEx we will organize for the correct item to be shipped to you. You will receive a new tracking number under the original order number.

    I’ve ordered a custom item, how long will it take to arrive?

    Custom items are hand made to your order specifications. We provide a lead time expectation of up to six weeks for your item to be delivered.

    My order tracking indicates a shipping label has been created but FedEx says they haven't received the package. What happens now?

    • If it has been 48 hours since the label has been created and there has been no update on the tracking history, please contact FedEx (800) 463-3339 and have them open a investigation into the package whereabouts
    • Please email customerserviceusa@stingsports.com with your order number (US#####) and the FedEx case number
    • FedEx has a 14 day window of time where they will try to locate the package. They will communicate if they have located the package or if it is lost
    • Once this 14 day window has been observed and the FedEx investigation is completed;
      • if the original package hasn't been found we will reship your order with a new tracking number 
      • if the original package is found use your original tracking number for updates

    Order Information

    It is up to the customer to provide clear and accurate shipping details. Sting can only ship to the address provided on the order. If the order has shipped out please contact FedEx (800) 463-3339 to change your address or have it held at a local depot for pick up.

    I ordered the wrong; item/s, color, quantity, size etc can I change it?

    • If your order is not yet with our fulfillment center we will be able to change the; item/s, color, quantity, size etc. so you can avoid the cancellation fee
    • Please send an email to customerserviceusa@stingsports.com as soon as possible with your order number (US#####) and the size or the item you need instead
    • If the order is with our fulfillment center or already shipped we are unable to make changes and you will need to go through the exchanges and returns process once received here

    Out of Stock or Unavailable Items

    If an item becomes unavailable from the time your order is placed to the time is expected to dispatch, we will notify you by email. You will be given the opportunity to:

    • wait until it comes back in stock,
    • choose an alternate item, or
    • receive a full refund including if applicable shipping or tax charges
    You will be given a timeframe in which to respond. If we do not receive a response your order will be cancelled as per our Fraudulent and Cancelled Orders Policy here.
