Amazon is a separate entity to stingsports.com. We are unable to modify orders or process any cancellations or returns. This must be actioned through your Amazon account.
We accept payment by via Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, AfterPay, Affirm, Shop Pay and Shop Pay Installments.
Your order will ship right away, just like any other purchase. When you choose Shop Pay Installments, you only pay the first installment at checkout, and your order is processed immediately. You’ll then continue making the remaining payments to Shop Pay/Affirm over time — but you don’t need to wait until your plan is paid off to receive your items.
Refund timing: If a refund is processed by an online store, then it will appear on your original payment method within 3 to 10 business days, and your installments balance and payments will automatically be updated
Refund application: The refund is first applied to any outstanding installment balance of the order. Any remaining refund amount is then returned to your original payment method
Refund notification: You will receive an email from Affirm explaining how the refund was allocated between your remaining balance and your payment method.

We do our best to keep up with rising demand, however due to the popularity, some products may sell out. You can select to be notified when this product becomes available to purchase by subscribing to back in stock notifications.

The RGB color model is used for digital purposes which is different to the CMYK color model which is used for physical materials. As with the majority of business offering custom services we try our absolute best to match the two, however there will be slight variations and differences. Colors are likely to be different in person than what is viewed on your screen.

Because of IBA regulations we had to remove the Sting logo from the front of our shorts as they required a completely white waist band. We are now allowed to put the logo back on. Therefore, we have some stock that has the logo and some stock that doesn't. Unfortunately we cannot determine which type you will receive.

Taxes should only apply in the state that the head office is located and the state where the warehouse is located. Both of our head office and warehouse are currently located in Georgia.
For website orders we ship only to Mainland US, Hawaii and Alaska.
If you do not live in the above mentioned areas, we will attempt to direct you to one of our representatives in a market that is closer to you.
