Frequently Asked Questions
Customs charges are not included in the price of your order. They are required to be paid directly to the courier, by the customer, prior to delivery. Sting will not be held responsible for these charges.
If you refuse to pay the customs charges the couriers will either return your order to our factory or destroy the items. Unfortunately we are unable to refund orders that are returned or destroyed.
The RGB color model is used for digital purposes which is different to the CMYK color model which is used for physical materials. As with the majority of business offering custom services we try our absolute best to match the two, however there will be slight variations and differences. Colors are likely to be different in person than what is viewed on your screen.
