Return and exchange eligibility
Please read below to ensure you are eligible to return or exchange your STING goods.
- - We offer a 30-day return or exchange period (from date order was delivered)
- - You must have your original receipt or order number. We can't accept returns for STING products purchased through other retailers
- - Returns or exchanges must be approved prior to any goods being shipped to us
- - Returns or exchanges must be received with all original (undamaged) packaging, and be in a resaleable condition. This includes no wear and tear, no sweat or hair, etc
- - STING holds the right to refuse or reject any returns should the received goods not fall within the described condition. You will be given an option of being mailed back your items or deduction from your refund for damages
- - Items that are made to order are not eligible to be returned unless deemed faulty by STING
- - Custom orders are not eligible to be returned unless deemed faulty by STING
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the item/s you want to return or exchange
- - When exchanging please identify the size you need
- You will get a confirmation email with the return label and shipping guidelines once the return or exchange request has been approved
Are there any charges for return?
- We will provide you with a return label for returns and a $10.00 fee will be deducted from your refund
- - Postage for exchanges will be at your cost
- - Original shipping fees are not refundable
- - If you need to exchange more than once you will be charged a reshipping fee of $10
- - Please note we do our best to provide sizing recommendations; these are used at your discretion and any item/s that need to be exchanged as a result will be at your cost
How soon will I get my exchange/refund?
- Please allow up to two weeks for your item to be received and processed
- If you requested an exchange, once the exchange item/s have been received and inspected, the new item/s will be dispatched within 24 hours
- For refunds, once the return item/s have been received and inspected please allow up to 3-5 days for the funds to show in your account
- Any orders that are cancelled before the order has shipped will incur a $5.00 cancellation fee deducted from the refund
- - If the order has shipped and you wish to cancel you will need to go through the refund process once the item has been received
- If your order is flagged as fraudulent, your order will not be processed. It will be cancelled and the payment refunded back to the original method
